Deactivate MAC address randomization - Windows
From the Start menu search for "Wi-fi settings" and click on the search result.
From the settings window select "Manage known networks", then select the wifi network you want to change settings for.
Use the drop down menu labeled "Random hardware addresses" to choose how to behave on this network. For INFN networks (INFN-Web, INFN-dot1x) choose "Off".
